Abrió sus puertas en el 2001 y desde entonces se encuentra en continua mejora de calidad y servicios como viene haciéndolo desde sus inicios en 1995 cuando el GRUPO CUYFA abre su primer establecimiento hotelero APARTAHOTEL VERDECOSTA, el que más tarde sería reformado en su totalidad, pasando a ser  HOTEL NORTE ***
